Mooneh to Build a 31,000 SQM World-Class Logistics Hub alongside DSV

Revolutionizing Logistics: Mooneh and DSV’s Strategic Consolidation in Jordan

A New Era of Collaboration

Mooneh signed a lease with DSV to develop a joint logistics park that supports Abu Shehab’s vision for an integrated logistics platform in Jordan. The project will expand Mooneh’s hub by 31,000 square meters, making it considerably larger than DSV’s current site of 6,200 sqm, enhancing services and addressing diverse logistical needs. The planned facility in Qastal will expand Mooneh’s existing logistics hub of 100,000 sqm and significantly boost the regional logistics sector as a strategic warehouse portfolio investor.

Mooneh’s investment in this logistics hub highlights its commitment to leveraging fast-growing market opportunities while enhancing operational proficiency and resources for its partners. The new depot will feature advanced solutions catering to various logistical needs, including environment-controlled storage essential for pharmaceuticals and consumer goods.

Strategic Move Towards Consolidation

Mooneh’s strategic partnership in 2012 with Agility, a prominent Kuwaiti logistics company, laid the groundwork for future growth. Following DSV’s acquisition of Agility in 2021, the focus shifted towards streamlining warehousing operations and developing infrastructure leading to the consolidation of DSV’s terminals into a single hub. This location aims to enhance air freight operations, improve service delivery, and achieve economies of scale. By centralizing operations, DSV aims to update its logistics processes, reduce overhead costs, and improve service delivery. The new hub will be strategically located just 2 kilometers from Queen Alia International Airport, providing unparalleled access for air freight operations and enhancing connectivity for global trade.

Advanced Engineering Meets Modern Logistics

Scheduled to launch in January 2026, this logistics hub will be built following the latest advancements in warehousing engineering. Mooneh is proud to serve as DSV’s property developer in Jordan, bringing extensive experience and expertise in creating high-quality logistics infrastructure. The design will incorporate cutting-edge technologies and best practices to ensure that the facility meets the evolving needs of the logistics industry.

As Mooneh embarks on this ambitious project, it remains committed to delivering exceptional service quality and operational efficiency. The new logistics hub is expected to enhance supply chain reliability and responsiveness, positioning both Mooneh and DSV as leaders in the Jordanian logistics market.
