We are seeking a skilled Senior Procurement Manager to oversee our organization’s procurement and purchasing operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in procurement strategy development, supplier management, and cost optimization. As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead a team to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role requires strong negotiation skills, market insight, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet the organization’s procurement needs and objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential suppliers and vendors for the organization’s procurement needs.
  • Evaluate supplier offerings, negotiate terms, and establish contracts to ensure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine procurement requirements and specifications.
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery timelines to ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply availability to optimize procurement strategies.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives through efficient negotiation and sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reports for auditing and analysis.
  • Manage relationships with existing suppliers and cultivate new supplier partnerships.
  • Continuously assess and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and innovations to guide procurement decisions.



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (2+ years) in procurement management, sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
    • Strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of procurement best practices.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
    • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic procurement plans to drive cost savings and efficiency.
